On November 13, 2013 at 6:50 a.m. the Rochester Police arrested Kaitlyn Becker 18 years old of 422 Center Road in Lebanon Maine along with two juveniles for Willful Concealment at Walmart in Rochester.
Becker was bailed on $1500 Personal Recognizance and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on December 16, 2013 at 08:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On November, 10th, 2013 at approximately 6:30 PM Rochester Police Officers arrested Haley Cahill, age 17 of Milton, NH with misdemeanor level Willful Concealment charges. Both were taken in to custody based on an incident that occurred at Kohl’s in Rochester.
Haley Cahill was released on $1000 Personal Recognizance Bail to appear in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester on December 16th, 2013 for an arraignment.
On November, 10th, 2013 at approximately 6:30 PM Rochester Police Officers arrested Jaime Deyoung, age 24 of East Rochester NH, with misdemeanor level Willful Concealment charges. Both were taken in to custody based on an incident that occurred at Kohl’s in Rochester.
Jaime Deyoung was released on $1000 Personal Recognizance Bail to appear in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester on December 16th, 2013 for an arraignment.
On September 26, 2013 at 5:05 pm the Rochester Police arrested Nicole Sullivan, (34 years old) of 21 Calef Highway #105 in Rochester for Willful Concealment at Kohl’s in Rochester.
Nicole was held on $500 cash bail, due to being out on bail on an unrelated willful concealment arrest in Rochester and appeared for arraignment on September 27, 2013 at 11:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On September 26, 2013 at 5:05 pm the Rochester Police arrested John Sullivan of 21 Calef Highway #105 in Rochester for Willful Concealment at Kohl’s in Rochester.
John Sullivan was bailed on $1500 Personal Recognizance and given a court date of October 28, 2013 at 0800 at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On August 23rd, 2013, Rochester Police arrested Karen Carignan, age 47 of 19 Howe Street in Rollingsford, NH. Carignan was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment that occurred at Kohl’s on 08/17/2013.
Carignan was bailed and released on $1000 personal recognizance, pending her arraignment. Carignan will be arraigned on September 30th, 2013, at 8:00am, in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
On July 5, 2013 at 4:41 pm the Rochester Police arrested Joyce Fryou, 46 years old of 97 Milton Road in Rochester for Willful Concealment at Kohl’s Department Store in Rochester.
Fryou was bailed on $1,500 PR bail and are scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 12, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On June 22, 2013, the Rochester Police arrested Sabrina Smith, 34, of 61 Silver Street in Dover, on a warrant for Willful Concealment (class B Misdemeanor) from an incident at Kohl’s on January 3, 2013. Smith was released on $2,500 PR bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on Monday July 29, 2013 at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On May 12, 2013 at approximately 4:30 PM Rochester Police arrested Belinda Cullen, age 47 of Fifth Street in Dover for a Misdemeanor charge of Willful Concealment. The incident occurred at Kohl’s on Washington Street in Rochester. Cullen was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail with June 24th arraignment to appear in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.
On April 21, 2013 at approximately 6:15 PM, Rochester Police arrested Jessica Chamberlain, age 33 of 7 Sarah Court in Rochester, NH. Chamberlain was charged with a class B misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment at Kohl’s in Rochester and later released on $1,500 Personal Recognizance bail with a May 20th arraignment date to appear in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.
