On July 28th, 2013, at 2:20 pm, Rochester Police arrested Charles Libby, age 35 of 88 Hubbard Road in Lebanon, Maine. Libby was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment. The offense took place at Walmart in Rochester. Libby was bailed and released on $1500 personal recognizance, pending his arraignment. Libby will be arraigned on September 9th, 2013, at 8:00am, in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
On July 27th, 2013, at 5:56 pm, Rochester Police arrested Anthony Ullven, age 36 of 7 Comanche Lane in Lebanon, Maine. Ullven was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment that occurred at Walgreen’s, located at 104 South Main Street. Ullven was bailed and released on $1000 personal recognizance, pending his arraignment. Ullven will be arraigned on September 9th, 2013, at 8:00am, in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
On July 25, 2013 at 4:19 pm the Rochester Police arrested Sara Pond, 33 years old of 34 Lang Road in Rochester for Willful Concealment at Walmart in Rochester.
Pond was bailed on $1,500 PR bail and are scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 26, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
The Rochester Police would like to remind the public that shoplifting will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and that accordingly RSA 637:3-a (g) states a person who has been twice convicted of Shoplifting (637:3-a II) within a 36 month period shall be charged with a Class B Felony.
On July 24, 2013 at approximately 4:50 pm the Rochester Police arrested Meghan Goodwin 19 years old of 3a Pleasant Street in Rochester for Willful Concealment. This incident occurred at the Walmart in Rochester.
Goodwin was bailed on $1,500 PR bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 26, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On July 24, 2013 at approximately 4:50 pm the Rochester Police arrested Taylor Willis, 18 years old of 4d Pierce Street in Dover for Willful Concealment. This incident occurred at the Walmart in Rochester.
Willis was bailed on $1,500 PR bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 26, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On July 24, 2013 at approximately 9:18 pm the Rochester Police arrested Christopher Sweet, 20 years old of 372a Portland Street in Rochester for Willful Concealment. This incident occurred at the Cumberland Farms in Rochester.
Sweet was bailed on $1,500 PR bail and are scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 26, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On July 18, 2013 at 11:26 pm the Rochester Police arrested Stacey Bean, 30 years old of 9 Pine Ridge Road in South Paris Maine for Willful Concealment and Theft by Deception at the Walmart Department Store in Rochester.
Bean was bailed on $2,500 PR bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 19, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On July 16, 2013 at 2:59 pm the Rochester Police, with the assistance of the Farmington Police Department, arrested Jamison Clement, 38 years old of 4 Peaceful Pines in Farmington on a warrant for Willful Concealment. This incident occurred on May 29th of this year at the Walmart in Rochester.
Clement was bailed on $1,500 PR bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 19, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On July 9, 2013 at 5:36 pm the Rochester Police arrested Victoria Bentley, 52 years old of 6 Downfield Lane in Rochester for Willful Concealment at Walmart Department Store in Rochester.
Bentley was bailed on $2,500 PR bail and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 12, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On July 5, 2013 at 4:41 pm the Rochester Police arrested Joyce Fryou, 46 years old of 97 Milton Road in Rochester for Willful Concealment at Kohl’s Department Store in Rochester.
Fryou was bailed on $1,500 PR bail and are scheduled to appear for arraignment on August 12, 2013 at 8:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
