On November 23rd, 2013, at 6:31 pm, Rochester Police arrested David Driscoll, age 30 of 23 Elm Street in Milton, NH. Driscoll was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of Willful Concealment that occurred at Kmart in Rochester. Driscoll was bailed and released on $1000 personal recognizance, pending his arraignment. Driscoll will be arraigned on December 23rd, 2013, at 8:00am, in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
On November, 18th, 2013 at approximately 5:30 PM, Rochester Police charged Andrea Pillsbury, age 21 of Maple Street in Union, NH with a misdemeanor level Willful Concealment charge. The incident was reported by Loss Prevention at Wal-Mart in Rochester.
Andrea Pillsbury was released on a hand summons to appear in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester on December 23rd, 2013 for an arraignment.
On November 16th, 2013, at 8:25 pm, Rochester Police arrested Arthur Christie, age 32 of 79.5 Franklin Street in Somersworth, NH. Christie was charged with two misdemeanor level offenses of Willful Concealment that occurred at Walmart in Rochester. One of the incidents took place on 08/27/2013 and the other incident took place on 09/08/2013. Christie was bailed and released on $500 personal recognizance, pending his arraignment. Christie will be arraigned on December 16th, 2013, at 8:00am, in the 7th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
On November 14, 2013 at 6:17 p.m. the Rochester Police arrested Doran Garland 32 years old of 973 Acton Ridge Road in Wakefield New Hampshire for Willful Concealment at Walmart in Rochester.
Garland was bailed on $1500 Personal Recognizance and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on December 16, 2013 at 08:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On November 14, 2013 at 6:17 p.m. the Rochester Police arrested Heidi Rowe 37 years old of 973 Acton Ridge Road in Wakefield New Hampshire for Willful Concealment at Walmart in Rochester.
Rowe was bailed on $1500 Personal Recognizance and isscheduled to appear for arraignment on December 16, 2013 at 08:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On November 13, 2013 at 6:50 p.m. the Rochester Police arrested Jessica Copeland 17 years old of Bakers Grant Road in Lebanon Maine for Willful Concealment at Walmart in Rochester.
Copeland was bailed on $1500 Personal Recognizance and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on December 16, 2013 at 08:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On November 13, 2013 at 6:50 p.m. the Rochester Police arrested Kelsey Santeusanio 17 years old of 383 Hubbard Road in Berwick Maine for Willful Concealment at Walmart in Rochester.
Santeusanio was bailed on $1500 Personal Recognizance and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on December 16, 2013 at 08:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On November 13, 2013 at 6:50 a.m. the Rochester Police arrested Kaitlyn Becker 18 years old of 422 Center Road in Lebanon Maine along with two juveniles for Willful Concealment at Walmart in Rochester.
Becker was bailed on $1500 Personal Recognizance and is scheduled to appear for arraignment on December 16, 2013 at 08:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
On November, 10th, 2013 at approximately 6:30 PM Rochester Police Officers arrested Haley Cahill, age 17 of Milton, NH with misdemeanor level Willful Concealment charges. Both were taken in to custody based on an incident that occurred at Kohl’s in Rochester.
Haley Cahill was released on $1000 Personal Recognizance Bail to appear in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester on December 16th, 2013 for an arraignment.
On November, 10th, 2013 at approximately 6:30 PM Rochester Police Officers arrested Jaime Deyoung, age 24 of East Rochester NH, with misdemeanor level Willful Concealment charges. Both were taken in to custody based on an incident that occurred at Kohl’s in Rochester.
