On November 14, 2013 at 6:17 p.m. the Rochester Police arrested Heidi Rowe 37 years old of 973 Acton Ridge Road in Wakefield New Hampshire for Willful Concealment at Walmart in Rochester.
Rowe was bailed on $1500 Personal Recognizance and isscheduled to appear for arraignment on December 16, 2013 at 08:00 am at the 7th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
